I would use your Blog page as your central communication station. To those group members that set up your blogs, add your members as Team Members so that they can post to the blog. Some of your members do not have a blog account already set up and the site does not allow for anonymous postings.
So do one of the following:
allow anonymous postings
add all team members to the blog access.
Once this is done, team members can communicate to each other as well as keep each other posted on what they are doing to contribute AND where the final poster design file has been started and saved. (preferably to a thawspace of some sort in 3-209 or 3-213.
